At UpYourFit, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It should also be noted that if multiple items were ordered there is the possibility of multiple packages being sent to you.
High Volume Periods:
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Delivery Timelines:
We currently only ship to the United States. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Average delivery times range from 1-8 business days. Delays due to customs, holidays, shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Eligible Destinations:
UpYourFit provides shipping services only to the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use the tracking number(s) to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions and Limitations:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
- We currently do not ship outside the USA.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@upyourfit.store with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within
7days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@upyourfit.store. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
