How long does it take to process my order?
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is on the way!
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Where does my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Advanced algorithms aim to route the order to the fulfillment center closest to the delivery address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Average delivery times range from 1-8 business days in the United States. It should also be noted that if multiple items were ordered there is the possibility of multiple packages being sent to you.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please note for orders shipped via DHL, browser security settings may need to be adjusted to view their tracking page.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.
If that’s the case, please let us know
here or email us at support@upyourfit.store
within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
